Key elements are energy efficient technologies, stormwater management systems, dedicated pedestrian pathways, and green spaces1. The project aims to integrate seamlessly with the existing environment while promoting urban growth and environmental sustainability. Enhanced roadways and public amenities are also part of the development, ensuring connectivity and accessibility for residents.

Role:  4Sight’s role is to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering for this completely new multi-home community development project at Baldwin and Columbus in Brooklin Ontario.
