Project: Toronto Rail Deck

Description:  The Innovia Toronto Rail Deck Development is a transformative project converting unused airspace over the rail corridor between Spadina Avenue and Blue Jays Way into a vibrant, mixed-use community. The development features seven towers ranging from 36 to 72 stories, designed by Sweeny &Co Architects and McMillan Associates. Engineering highlights include advanced structural systems, sustainable building practices, and green infrastructure. The project also incorporates public spaces, retail, commercial offices, and residential units. The ambitious development aims to enhance urban living, connectivity, and sustainability in downtown Toronto.

Role:  4Sight’s role is to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering for this innovative development being constructed over the existing rail corridor on Front Street in downtown Toronto.
