Description:  The Bentall GreenOak development at 100 Simcoe Street in Toronto is a proposed 62-story mixed-use rental building designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The project includes 526 residential units and is a total height of 209.6 meters. Sustainable design features include energy-efficient systems and green infrastructure. The development also integrates modern amenities such as fitness centers and communal spaces. Located in Toronto’s Entertainment District, it aims to enhance urban living and connectivity.

Role:  4Sight’s role is to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering including the creation of a detailed 3D Model for the Project.
