Lawrence Arcand, P.Eng, PE – Founder & President
A recognized thought leader in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Lawrence combines decades of hands-on expertise with strategic insight. He has worked across government, municipal, transit, and large-scale infrastructure programs, helping project teams reduce utility risk, prevent schedule impacts, and improve delivery outcomes.

He drives 4Sights mission to advance utility risk management and project success across Ontario and Canada, ensuring clarity and accountability on projects where underground and overhead utilities directly affect cost, schedule, and public safety

Lawrence’s dedication extends beyond project delivery. He has played an active role in advancing industry standards, strengthening professional practice, and mentoring the next generation of utility risk leaders through various affiliations and board involvement.
