Founded in 2020 by Lawrence Arcand, P.Eng, PE, 4Sight Utility Engineers began as a bold vision to revolutionize utility engineering. Today, we are a proud Canadian-owned and employee-owned consulting firm of 45+ talented associates serving clients across Ontario and Canada. Our growth is rooted in excellence, innovation, and a commitment to client success, making 4Sight a trusted partner for utility projects of any size.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are actively progressing toward COR certification. We are strengthening our health and safety management system through formalized policies, documented procedures, supervisor training, and consistent field-level hazard assessments.
